Product Description

1.Operating principle
This YOVON  type tube making machine with a 1.1kw three-phase motor, via the driving pulley, right gear and a flat green belt, drives the back and frontal cylinder rotation. Meanwhile, exiting and conveying the drill rod is passed by the left bevel gear and link chain. When the paper is cut into certain shape and conveyed in the front groove, there is a rod taking the paper to the entrance. Then the paper will encircle the rod while it moves forward. In the end, it drops into the narrow slot. When the paper tube is held, the rod will be draw out. The paper tube can be collected in front of the machine and the rod will be sent to the entrance again.
2.Structure and function
This machine is special used in processing the full red big firecracker paper tube, the jade firecracker paper tube and the insulated cable corrugated paper tube. The automatic one uses rolled paper which can operate without people, and the semi-automatic one uses sheet paper. They both have the systemic functions. There are lots of strongpoint  in this machine, such as low energy consumption, high efficiency, fewer failures and easy operation.
