Manual for automatic assembly
1. Check the white latex before starting, to ensure that the white latex is not less than one-third of the amount of glue. Unscrew the plug and replace it with the spray head.
2. Switch on the power supply, press the red button, pop-up to open, press down to stop.
3 Observe the roulette wheel in the same straight line or not, please straighten if they are not on the same line , prevent the paper tube from falling down.
4. Switch on the glue quantity button, adjust to the appropriate amount of glue. With 1kg white latex as a benchmark, pressure 2000-3000 even head change or add glue.
5. Display screen
(1) Press reset first, and the machine is in standby state.
(2) Set the quantity to 10 and turn on the auxiliary machine. Adjust the machine manually to deserve if it works properly. After normal operation, according to the automatic state of the host, run for 1-2 minutes, and then adjust the uniform speed of the machine.
(1150mm thermocouple 25 PCS/min) (600mm thermocouple 30 PCS/min).
6. Stock bin
(1) Adjust the size according to the length of the paper tube.
(2) According to the length of the paper tube to adjust the number of paper tubes.
(3) The paper tube can not fall down, press the emergency stop switch. (Red button, emergency switch)
7.Paper tube and mud head requirement.
(1) The paper tube must be straight, the bend is not greater than 0-2mm.
(2) The surface of the mud head is smooth, the size is uniform, and the quick-drying cement is not higher than the surface of the mud head.
(3) The tolerance between the inner diameter of the paper tube and the outer diameter of the bottom of the mud head is greater than 2 wires.
8. Attention
(1) Do not move after the optoelectric switch is adjusted.
(2) The distribution box must be locked.
(3) After each production, be sure to cut off the power supply and wash the spray head. There should be no glue in the spray head. Put on a plug.
(4) Oil test once every two days.
