Operation steps
1.Connect the air pipe first, turn on the air pressure gauge, and let the cylinder of curling machine fully flow pressure air.

2.Then plug in the 220∨ power, turn on the No. 11 power switch, and turn on  No. 12 base heating switch, heating for 30-40 minutes, until temperature number reach to the preset green temperature numbers 100~120ºC, depending on the wall thickness and the density of paper tube, flexibly preset the temperature to be the most suitable,then a better tube curling result can be reached.

3. Adjust the whole height of the rod and the traverse height of the lid mould according to the height of paper tube.
How to adjust the height of press mold:
Place the paper tube into the groove of the curling mold. (Loosen No. 14 and No. 15 screws, tighten No. 13 screws. Adjust to match the height of the paper tube-just touch the top side of paper tube, then loose No.13 screw) Turn the hand wheel of No.4 upwards, the lid mould will move up, and turn downwards the lid mould will move down. The best point is to touch the upper end surface of the paper tube.

4. Once the press lid traverse adjustment is done, press the foot switch to test the curling effect. If the curling is satisfied, press No. 10 switch to let the press lid mold automatically go up and down. Operator only needs to put the paper tube into the curling mould by hand and pedal the foot switch.
