    The equipment adopts linear double station design, through the automatic material separation device automatically send the paper tube into the glue injection station, the motor drives the paper tube to rotate, and the remote contactless injection into the paper tube through the precision suction injection valve during rotation, this design will not rub with the rubber injection head when dealing with the deformed paper tube, which can effectively prevent the plugging of the wear of the rubber injection nozzle. Equipped with glue filter device to ensure the stability of glue discharge. The machine comes with automatic start and stop function, automatic work with pipe without tube stop, and the double assembly line design can be directly connected with the front and back processes. The size covers a wide range, different calibers only need to adjust the position of the transmission wheel and the height of the injection valve on the screen numerical control, the adjustment method is simple and intelligent, and all parts can be flexibly adjusted.
